In one paragraph

We collect as little as possible. A cookie to remember that you've confirmed your age, another to remember your cookie choice, and — if you use the contact form — the name, email, and message you send us. That's it, unless you've agreed to analytics or advertising cookies, in which case an anonymised visit record is shared with our analytics provider.

2. What we collect and why

Strictly necessary cookies

We set a small cookie called ajf_age_ok when you confirm that you are 18 or older on the age-gate dialogue, and another called ajf_cookie_choice when you respond to the cookie banner. Without these two, the site cannot remember basic decisions you've made and would ask you the same things on every page load.

Contact form data

If you use our Contact form, we receive the name, email address, and message you submit. We use that information solely to reply to your enquiry. We keep these messages in our mailbox for a reasonable administrative period (typically 12 months) unless legal retention periods require longer.

Analytics & advertising (optional)

If you click "Accept all" on the cookie banner, we may use third-party analytics (for example to understand which pages are visited and which games are played) and advertising tools to measure the performance of campaigns that brought you to the site. We ask for your consent first, and you can decline by choosing "Essential only".

Analytics data is typically pseudonymised and aggregated — it tells us "a visitor looked at page X" rather than "a specific person named Y did a specific thing".

Server logs

Our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, request path, timestamp, user agent) for security and diagnostic purposes. These are kept for a short retention period and are not used to identify individuals unless we are legally required to do so.

Although we are an Indian company, we try to align with GDPR principles because they're a sensible baseline:

• Contract / pre-contract — for replying to you when you write to us.
• Legal obligation — where we must retain or disclose data to comply with applicable law.

4. Compliance with Indian law

We comply with applicable data-protection provisions under the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 ("IT Rules"), and other applicable Indian laws regulating electronic records and personal information.

5. Sharing your data

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email delivery, analytics if you've consented), under contracts that require them to handle your data appropriately.
• Authorities, if we are compelled to by a valid legal request.

The Site is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the data we hold, including HTTPS transport, access controls on our systems, and limiting the number of people who can read contact-form messages. No transmission over the internet is ever 100% secure, and we recommend you avoid sending sensitive personal information via the contact form.

9. Updates to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do. Material changes will be flagged more visibly, for example via a banner on the site.
